Where is your Facility located?

CE-Fitness is a Mobile Personal Training business designed to save you the time and energy it would take to go to a gym. All you have to do is dress casually and comfortably – open the door when you hear the knock and get a great workout. 30 minutes later you are finished and a couple of minutes later in the shower and on the way to the body of your dreams.

Don’t I need a gym to get in fantastic shape?

Not at all. I’m telling it like it is – if you want to be a bodybuilder then yes, you will need a gym with maximal weight available. If, however, your desire is a lean, toned, athletic physique – a physique that screams health, vigor and attractiveness then a gym is completely unnecessary.

So are you saying Gyms and Studio’s don’t work?

Not at all – many people have gotten in shape in gyms in studios. The thing is a lot of people don’t like the gym environment – being “on stage” in front of a gym full of fitness enthusiasts just doesn’t appeal to them.

Some people would rather be in the comfort of their own home, with a trainer that understands their goals. Also getting up, dressed to look presentable, drive to the gym, wait on equipment and then drive back home and undress is not a lot of folks cup of tea.

What makes your Programs and Services different from everyone elses?

A lot of gyms and studios hire trainers that are new and inexperienced. These trainers are easy to find and will take low pay – but they are inexperienced and sometimes downright dangerous. My program has 14 years of study, research, experience and caring built into it.

This is my life and I am passionate about fitness. That means making it as fun, entertaining, and comfortable as possible. I base my programs, products and services on Science and Real World results, not useless “fitness magazine” and “infomercial” propaganda. Work out with me a month and you’ll see what I mean – I eliminate the unnecessary suffering and have you perform nutrition and exercise techniques that work – and that work in minimum time.

Probably the most important thing about my business that is different from the dime a dozen trainers is I care. I truly care about you, about your goals, and about how I can help you achieve them.

I talked to a Trainer who said I had to eat small meals 6 times a day to lose fat, and the foods he recommended didn’t seem very tasty…but on your site it says I can lose weight and still “eat my favorite foods”. Can you explain?

Sure! I used to be that trainer! I used to think that bland, boring (but healthy) foods were the only way to lose weight. I thought a single candy bar or piece of cake would instantly sabatoge a nutrition plan. Boy was I wrong – a few years ago I began to dig into the Scientific Literature and found that this was totally false.

Calories are the King when it comes to losing weight, and the composition of those calories are much less important than the quantity of the calories. Food is made up of protein, carbohydrate and fats. When you eat that’s what you are consuming – these add up to form total calories and the composition of those calories matters very little.

So are you saying I can go on a Snack Cake Diet?

No! First of all I hate the word “diet” – that word has a stigma attached to it. So we’ll use Nutrition Plan in place of diet. Actually I recommend a wide variety of healthy foods and encourage 3 meals a day. I think this is a healthy way to live – the body needs vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients – as well as fiber and plenty of water. The thing is it doesn’t have to have those things every meal. You will get plenty of protein, fiber and other nutrients on your nutrition plan – but you also get to keep the foods you love!

I have a client who eats a fast food breakfast sandwich every morning – and he’s lost 25lbs already! How? He just counts it in his nutrition plan (I’ll show you how). Great tasting foods will lead to better adherence to the plan – which will allow you to stick to your plan and get those pounds off once and for all. I don’t teach you how to diet – I teach you how to live – how to finally beat fat once and for all and make it a thing of the past!
